ABOUT:
LiF:E is a VN/RPG game, developed by fans for fans within a team of passionate Comfydants, fans of Vtuber Fulgur Ovid of NIJISANJI EN.
The idea was proposed and initiated at the end of August 2022 by Bai aka XxNekumaxX of the Fulgur Ovid’s fan discord server.

The game is non-profit and is done as a fan-project, which means the contributors do not get any financing and will not get paid after, and are doing it as a passion/fan project for the player’s to enjoy.

Do you have your own character, a story, or a world, or you need help to explore the endless storylines you are thinking of?

I am here to help it all come together, bringing it to life with unique music and sound that would fit into your universe! We will dive into the specifics of your wishes and ideas, both musically as well as stylistic, to find what is best and most fitting for you!

I love telling stories, bringing to life what cannot be seen by the eye yet it is felt by the soul. And I hope to be able to do the same for you!

I specialise in orchestral and instrumental ensemble music, often as a hybrid score, that is, including synths for an even more immersing and magical sound!ヾ( ˃ᴗ˂ )◞ • *✰

I offer ORIGINAL MUSIC and ARRANGEMENTS of existing songs.
The original music includes:
• Background music for streams
• Music for animations
• Instrumental for original songs
• Full original song, including the lyrics, vocal and instrumental composition, vocal harmonies and guides

Other services I provide is vocal harmony arrangements and vocal harmony recognition for arrangements.

All instuments are from a sound library. The only instruments I can record myself are the violin and piano! In case a fully recorded orchestra or instruments are wishes, it can be discussed))

Process:

PHASE 1:
• The commission is payed in FULL before start of work, using Paypal
• After I have received the payment, I will begin to work on the piece
• When the draft is done, I will send you an audio file:
>> you can tell me, if there are any places you would like to change, instrumentation, etc.
>> the changes can be done only 2x during this stage
>> if bigger changes are necessary, it may extend the work time frame!!

PHASE 2:
• After draft is approved, I will begin the editing and first-stage mixing process
• After the mixing is finished, I will send the new audio file for you to check
>> you can tell me, if there are any places you would like to change, edit differently, add, etc.
>> the changes can be done only 1x during this stage

FINAL PHASE:
• After the first-stage mix is approved, I will begin the finale mix and then mastering
>> no more changes are possible!!

• The final product will be sent to you via DRIVE LINK in .mp3 and .wav format (48kHZ, stereo, 128dB)*NOTICE:
• Time of production may vary depending on my schedule and vastness of other commission's! Thank you for understanding.
• The duration of each phase will be discussed and set AFTER we establish all the elements of the commission
• I will do my best to work as fast as possible and make you the best work I can!!

! IMPORTANT INFORMATION !

• We will always discuss more details and preferences over e-mail or preferred social media app (X, Discord, etc.)
• The pricing depends on complexity of the sitting and duration, and will be discussed individually
• If you are not yet set on the instrumentation, we will discuss the possibilities, and consider your financial status
• The time frame of work is for the whole process – from notation to finalised piece
• I may ask for additional time, if I see it necessary due to complexity or to personal reasons
• If the work is not finished by the agreed work time frame, you can request a refund, if not stated otherwise
• I can decline a commission, if I deem it inappropriate
• PLEASE, let’s respect one another, be understanding, communicative, and we will both have a great time working with each other ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

This is where you can read the Terms and Conditions for my commissions. Please thoroughly read through before commissioning, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.May bound to change without prior notice!

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the Composer …

• Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
• Will be giving you the auxiliary right to the piece – you, as the commissioner, can use the piece for the stated purpose
• Maintain the right to post the commissioned work on my own social media for advertising – in full or partially, depending on our agreement
• Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the Client ...

• May NOT share your commission for a profit
• May NOT shared the commissioned piece with third party distributors or for any other use other then the one stated in the commission form, ONLY if stated otherwise
• MAY edit, crop, and resize the audio file I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece
• MAY post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me
• MAY requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for –> read below, under “Process”

Before commissioning …

Before commissioning, please compile materials and your ideas, consider listening to my previous works to get a better understanding of my work, and do not be afraid to contact me, if any questions or concerns arise.
The necessary information to include in your commission form – read more about it on the Terms of Service page – will be listed below.

Materials to provide:

• references to the pieces – youtube links, pictures, written explanation, colour pallate, other media, etc.
• preferred style and genre – can also be a time period
• preferred sitting or instrumentation
• additional details that may aid the process

Genre, style and Instrumentation:

I specialise in classical composition, frequenting in a combination of polyphonic sound with a nice sprinkle of jazz harmonies and cinematic ambiance. I work around purely instrumental music but also love to add synths, pads, and other electronic sounds to create hybrid scores!
Instrumentation ranges from solo to chamber music to bigger orchestral works and other bigger ensembles.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• Payment is via Paypal
• Commission begins only when payment is received
• I will wait one full week for payment before throwing out your slot
• If you cancel the commission BEFORE start of the commission process, you will receive the payment back in full
• If you cancel the commission AFTER the approval of the Notation Draft and BEFORE the start of the Mixing Stage, you will receive back 60% of the payment
• AFTER the Mixing Stage starts, you cannot cancel the commission
• If you are not responsive for more than 5 days without prior notice, I will have to cancel your commission, and you will not receive back any compensation
